Ingredients
- 1 packet (2.6 oz.) StarKist tuna
- 2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp. celery, diced
- 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 whole avocado
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, red pepper, celery, green onion, garlic powder and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Evenly distribute the tuna salad atop the two avocado halves.
- Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired.
