This creamy dip is perfect for sharing, but you might want to keep it all to yourself! Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
Ingredients
- 2 large avocados, chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 4 oz. feta, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, plus more to serve
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- crushed red pepper, to serve
- 120 Crav'n Original Thin Wheat Crackers, divided to serve
- 6 cups grapes, divided to serve
Instructions
- In a large bowl stir together avocados, tomatoes, feta, red onion, cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and salt.
- Garnish with cilantro and crushed red pepper, if desired.
- Serve with 20 Crav'n Original Thin Wheat Crackers and 1 cup of grapes per serving.
