Add some extra flavor to your toast with the addition of avocado, cucumber and radishes. This recipe is not only super easy but it’s healthy too!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Dave’s Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains & Seeds Thin Sliced
  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread to desired doneness.
  2. Thinly slice cucumber and place on top of toast.
  3. Slice half an avocado with a fork and place on top of cucumbers.
  4. Season with salt and pepper if desired and top with radishes.
