These roll-ups are an easy (and delicious!) way to get kids involved in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. ranch dressing mix
- 3 spinach wraps
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 Schnucks rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Schnucks shredded Cheddar cheese, optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and ranch dressing mix.
- Spread yogurt mixture on each wrap; top with avocado, onion, chicken and cheese (if desired). Roll up wraps and cut into 1-inch segments
