Ingredients

  • 6 oz. refrigerated basil pesto
  • 32 large Kalamata olives, pitted, or black olives
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 32 chunks
  • 2 slices deli Genoa salami, cut into 16 chunks
  • 16 grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 16 bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. Let pesto stand at room temperature 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, alternately thread olives, cheese, salami and tomatoes onto skewers, repeating to include 2 of each ingredient per skewer.
  3. Arrange skewers on serving platter; serve with pesto for dipping.
