Refunds are accepted within 10 days of purchase. All refunds will be returned in the original form of payment at time of purchase.
Please purchase only what you need. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted on products that are purchased in overabundance.
A receipt (paper or eReceipt through our Schnucks Rewards app) is required for any returns totaling over $10.
Seasonal merchandise may be ineligible for an exchange and/or refund.
Freshness Guarantee: We will gladly exchange or return perishable items if there is an issue related to quality or freshness. For all other perishable returns, once the item has left the store, we are no longer able to guarantee the safety of the product and therefore, we are unable to accept a return for that item.
