With hockey season in full swing, the St. Louis Blues and Schnucks Cooking School are teaming up to sharpen your skills in the kitchen. Join Enterprise Center & Stifel Theatre Executive Chef Daniel Driol and Blues broadcaster Joey Vitale LIVE from your own kitchen on Wednesday, March 24, for a virtual cooking class and Blues hockey insights. The class starts at 6pm and will end with you having a home-cooked meal on the table to enjoy.
The menu features Chef Driol’s Wonton BBQ Pork Noodle Soup, a recipe inspired from St. Louis’ delicious BBQ with a blend of rival city flavors from Los Angeles. Live cooking commentary and Blues highlights will be provided by Joey Vitale.
Registration is $10, and $5 from each ticket will be donated to Blues for Kids, the Blues charitable foundation working to improve the health and wellness of youth in the St. Louis area. You will receive the list of ingredients, necessary cooking equipment and recipes to cook along. A Zoom link will be sent via email on the date of the event.
