The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, recommends adults get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of both, preferably spread throughout the week. This comes down to aiming for a minimum of 30 minutes of daily activity. If you are new to exercise or aren’t sure how or where to start, let Schnucks be your helpful guide.
