We spell dessert “b-a-n-a-n-a-s.”
- 2 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup rum
- 2 bananas, sliced and grilled
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- To make sauce, add brown sugar and rum to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving atop ice cream and grilled banana slices.
