BUN: Schnucks white
TOPPINGS: Spicy mayo, coleslaw mix and grilled pineapple slices
PREP AND GRILLING: In a bowl, mix 1 lb. Schnucks fresh ground pork, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. ground ginger, 1 tsp. pepper and 2 cloves garlic, minced. Mold into four patties. Heat the grill to 400 degrees. Grill patties over direct heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reads 160 degrees.
