Ingredients

  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Schnucks olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Schnucks Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Place marinade and meat in a sealed plastic bag and marinate in refrigerator up to 4 hours before grilling. Discard marinade after removing food.

Grill over medium-high heat, flipping once halfway through. For legs, rotate occasionally. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°.

Pork:

Grill over medium-high heat, flipping once halfway through. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 145°.

Grill over medium-high heat, flipping once halfway through. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 145°.
