What is Schnucks Rewards?

Schnucks Rewards is a program that allows you to earn Points when you shop at Schnucks. Then, you can redeem those Points for money off a future purchase. During special weeks, you can also earn free items, additional item discounts and double Points!

How can I join?

If you have a Schnucks account, you’re already enrolled! Just download the Schnucks Rewards app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and log in. If you do not have a Schnucks account yet, simply download the app and create an account. Or register online at schnucks.com/signup.

I don’t have a smartphone. Can I still join Schnucks Rewards?

You sure can! Go to schnucks.com/signup to register for our program. Once you’re registered, simply enter your phone number on the pin pad at check out and watch your points pile up!

How do I earn Points?

Shop as normal. Then at checkout, scan the in app barcode or enter your phone number on the pin pad to watch your Points pile up. You’ll accrue 10 Points for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases. For every 500 Points you earn, you'll automatically receive $1 to redeem on your next trip. It’s all automatic.

How do I redeem Points?

If you have enough Points to redeem, you’ll be presented with choices at checkout. You can redeem all your Rewards at once or select a partial amount. You can also redeem your digital coupons or free items from the app. It’s like winning again and again.

Where Can I See My Rewards History?

Please visit schnucks.com/app/sso/rewards to review your Rewards history and recent activity.

When they’re available, how do I get free items and 2x Points offers?

When we offer a free item or 2X Points, all you need to do is grab that item off the shelf, throw it in your cart and head to check out. At checkout, once the item(s) is scanned and you have provided your Rewards number, you will automatically earn Points and/or the free item will be applied. The only thing you need to do is be a member of our Schnucks Rewards program. Pretty great, right?

Can I Only Redeem Rewards With My Barcode?

To keep your Rewards secure, you have the option, in the Schnucks Rewards app, to choose to only redeem your Rewards via in-app barcode versus by phone number. By selecting to only redeem Rewards via your in-app barcode, you add an extra layer of security to your Rewards by making sure you and only you redeem those Rewards that you earned. You can activate this feature through the Schnucks Rewards app. Go to Account > Account Settings > App Preferences > Rewards Redemption and choose your preferred redemption method.

Is Schnucks Rewards available in all markets?

Yes, Schnucks Rewards is available in all stores.

What items are excluded from Schnucks Rewards?

You cannot earn or redeem Points on Instacart, third party gift cards, tobacco, smokeless tobacco, lottery purchases, money orders, wire transfers, non-food transactions made at Customer Service, Schnucks Bistro, Schnucks Cooking School classes. You can earn Points on alcohol purchases, but you cannot redeem Points on alcohol. You can earn and redeem Points on Schnucks Delivers orders placed in the Schnucks Rewards app.

Do I earn Points when paying with a Schnucks gift card?

You will earn Points on whatever dollar amount is left on your bill after your Schnucks gift card has been applied. If your gift card covers your entire bill, you will not earn Points on that transaction.

Can I redeem multiple offers at one time?

No. You can only redeem Points on the remaining balance of a purchase after a coupon or discount has been applied.

Is there a limit to how many Points I can earn or redeem?

The maximum amount you can earn or redeem at one time is $1,000, or 500,000 Points. Let us know if that happens so we can throw confetti.

Will my Points ever expire?

As long as you keep an active account, Points and your Rewards will not expire. An account is considered inactive after a year of no account activity.

Can I still earn Points if I forget to scan my in-app barcode or enter my phone number on the pin pad?

For new members of Schnucks Rewards, you have 3 days to complete your registration after an in-store teammate has begun your sign up process. To complete your Schnucks Rewards registration, visit schnucks.com/signup. Once you have completed your registration, you will earn the Points for the purchases you collected over the past three days. For current members, make sure to scan the in-app barcode or enter your phone number on the pin pad every time you shop. Points will only be earned at the point of sale in the store. Points cannot be earned at a later date.

How do I update my membership information? What if I forgot my password?

Please head to schnucks.com/app/sso/login. You will be able to update information, get a new password and find answers.

Can the program be modified or terminated?

Yes. We may change the Points and other Rewards terms or cancel the program entirely.

Can my membership ever be revoked?

Yes. We may cancel your Schnucks Rewards membership at any time if account abuse or fraudulent activity takes place. If that happens, you will lose your Points and other Rewards.

Will I receive a Schnucks Rewards card?

No. Schnucks Rewards is entirely digital, which means you don’t need to remember to carry a card! At checkout, you will present your in-app barcode or enter your phone number at the pin pad.

Schnucks Delivers

What locations offer Schnucks Delivers? What are the pickup and delivery hours?

  • Schnucks Delivers serves households across the Midwest - and we are always growing. Schnucks delivery and curbside services are available in several cities throughout Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. To see if that includes your area—
    • Open your Schnucks Rewards app and choose your shopping method (Delivery or Curbside)
    • Enter your zip code or address
  • Delivery hours are available from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. and curbside is available 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. or 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. (hours may vary by store.)
  • Orders placed through the Schnucks Rewards app will only be viewable on the Schnucks Rewards app.

How can I track my Schnucks Delivers order?

  • Track the status of your order using the Schnucks Rewards app and Schnucks.com/shop. Your order will be highlighted as received, in progress, or delivered/fulfilled.
    • Schnucks Delivers orders placed from the Schnucks Rewards app can only be viewed within the Schnucks Rewards app & Schnucks.com/shop, and will not be viewable from the Instacart app or schnucksdelivers.com.

    How can I reschedule my order?

    To reschedule a delivery:

    • If the order is not yet in progress (shopping in progress), you may cancel your order and place a new order through the Schnucks Rewards app & Schnucks.com/shop, or you may contact eCommerce Helpdesk at 314-994-4400 (option 1).
    • If your order is in progress (already being shopped), it cannot be rescheduled. If you no longer want your order for the scheduled time, you can contact Schnucks eCommerce Helpdesk at 314-994-4400 (option 1).

    When do I know my order is ready for pickup? Where do I go to pick up my order?

  • In the Schnucks Rewards app, go to Account > My Purchases > Delivery & Curbside to find your order, which will display the order status. When your order status is “Ready for Pickup,” open the pickup instructions and follow the prompts to let the store know you are on your way, and then that you have arrived.
  • Confirm the store address in either your order receipt in the Schnucks Rewards app or in your confirmation email and head to the selected Schnucks store to pick up your groceries.
  • When you arrive at the store, look for the curbside pickup signs near the front of the store and park in a designated curbside pickup spot. If you have not already, let the store know you have arrived. A Schnucks teammate will gather your order from the temperature controlled staging area and bring your groceries to your car.
  • I have a problem with my order. Who can I contact to get help?

    For questions or problems with your order, contact Schnucks eCommerce Helpdesk at 314-994-4400 (option 1). Please have the phone number associated with your order ready to provide to Schnucks Customer Care.

    Can I earn Schnucks Rewards Points on my Schnucks Delivers Order? What about using digital coupons?

  • Rewards are automatically applied at the time of delivery or pickup for Schnucks Delivers orders placed from the Schnucks Rewards app.
  • Digital coupons in the Schnucks Rewards app are automatically applied at the time of checkout.
  • Can I earn 2X Points on Schnucks Delivers Orders?

    Yes. If there is a promo on the Schnucks Rewards app or Schnucks.com/shop website, you can earn bonus points.

    Can I redeem Schnucks Rewards Points on my Schnucks Delivers Order?

    Yes! At checkout, you will be given the option to select the amount of Rewards, if any, you would like to redeem on your purchase.

    Can I use my EBT card on Schnucks Delivers orders?

    EBT cards are not yet supported on Schnucks Delivers orders on the Schnucks Rewards app or Schnucks.com/shop. This feature will be coming soon. You may use your EBT card on the Schnucks web orders through Instacart.com.

    Can I use my Wine Club Discount on my Schnucks Delivers orders?

    Yes. Wine Club members will automatically receive their discount on Schnucks Delivers orders in the Schnucks Rewards app.

    Can I redeem digital coupons on my Schnucks Delivers order?

    Yes, you can redeem digital coupons. When you are in the Delivery or Curbside mode of the Schnucks Delivers experience, you will see digital coupons that can be clipped and redeemed on your Schnucks Delivers offer.

    Are there any fees associated with Schnucks Delivers / Instacart?

    • Pricing differs online from in-store. Not all coupons, ad items and sales are available online.
    • For delivery orders $35+, the delivery fee is $3.99.
    • For delivery orders less than $35, the delivery fee is $7.99.
    • For curbside orders $35+, the curbside fee is free.
    • For curbside orders less than $35, the curbside fee is $3.99.
    • Additional fees may apply if your order contains alcohol or heavy items.
    • For any Curbside orders placed that are not picked up by the end of the day, a $15 restocking fee will be charged.

    How can I link my Instacart Express account to my Schnucks Rewards account?

    You can link your Instacart Express account through the Schnucks Rewards app. Go to Account > Account Settings > Instacart Account and enter your Instacart Express account details.

    How does my Instacart+ membership discount get applied?

    Discount valid for active Instacart+ members on pickup orders placed on the Schnucks Rewards App & Schnucks.com/shop. Discount will be applied to the total purchase price for all non-alcohol and non-prescription products, and excludes any amount paid via gift cards, taxes, service fees, special handling fees, and/or other fees. Discount cannot be applied to alcohol or prescription products.

    Where will my temperature-sensitive items be stored until I receive them?

    Orders are stored in temperature-controlled units prior to your pickup or delivery.

    I need a refund or exchange from my order. Who do I contact for help?

  • Refunds for Schnucks Delivers orders placed through the Schnucks Rewards app and Schnucks.com/shop are accepted within seven (7) days from the date the order was picked up or delivered. Refund reasons include:
    • Bad replacement item(s)
    • Wrong item(s)
    • Missing item(s)
    • Entire missing order
    • Damaged item(s)
    • Spoiled perishable(s)
    • Extra item(s)

    Can you earn Points with Schnucks Delivers?

    Yes, customers are able to earn Rewards Points on all Schnucks Delivers orders.

    Can you redeem your rewards with Schnucks Delivers?

    Yes! You can redeem Schnucks Rewards Points in store or through orders placed through the Schnucks Rewards app.

    How do I earn Points with Schnucks Delivers?

    When you checkout on Schnucks Delivers through Instacart, there is a field in the right column that guides you to enter your 10 digit phone number associated with your Schnucks Rewards account. If you enter at checkout, it will save in your profile and automatically be applied to future orders. You will also have the option to add your 10- digit phone number in your Schnucks Delivers Instacart “Your Account” settings.

    How can I see how many Points I earned on my Schnucks Delivers order?

    Points will be reflected in your Schnucks Rewards Account History one day after the transaction.

    Where can I see my Rewards history?

    You can find your “Rewards History” under the “Account” tab in the Schnucks Rewards app, or login to your Schnucks Rewards account to review your Rewards History and recent activity.

    Can I still earn 2X Points with Schnucks Delivers?

    At this time, Schnucks Delivers is not able to apply Bonus Points to online Schnucks Delivers through Instacart orders. Orders placed through the Schnucks Rewards app will apply Bonus Points promotions, when available.

    Shopping List

    How do I add items to my shopping list?

    In the Schnucks Rewards app, there are two ways you can add to your shopping list. Click on the “Search” icon , enter the product you’re looking for and click “Add To List”. You can also add items to your shopping list directly within the shopping list. Just click on the search bar in the shopping list, enter the product you wish to add and click “Add To List”.

    How do I search for items?

    To search for specific items, click on the “Search” icon from the Schnucks Rewards app home screen.

    Can I share/link my shopping list with other accounts?

    Not at the moment, but don’t worry — we’re working on it!

    How do I make sure my list is up-to-date?

    A family or couple could all be signed in under the same account, but using different phones. To see changes made by others, either navigate away or pull to refresh.

    Why don't I see the location, price and nutrition information for some of the items on my list?

    If an item was added directly to your list without searching for a specific brand or product, it is considered a custom item and won't have location, price or nutrition information attached to it. If you would like to have your product associated to a location, price and nutritional information, the item will need to be added from a search result.

    Product Guide

    What is the Product Guide?

    Product Guide icons are located in the Filter Items of the Search screen as well as visible on a Product Detail screen. These icons can help identify items that are organic, WIC, Good For You, FSA eligible and more.

    Where do I find the Product Guide?

    The Product Guide is accessible from a product’s detail page. Click on the product either from the search bar or on your shopping list. Under Product Guide, click on “Learn More”.

    Schnucks Floral

    How can I contact the Schnucks floral department?

    Can I cancel or change my floral order?

    To change or cancel your order, please call us immediately at 314-997-2444.

    Can I get same-day floral delivery?

    Same-day floral delivery is not available for online or in-app orders. To learn what is available for same-day delivery in your area, call our floral department at 314-997-2444.

    Can I pick up my flowers in-store?

    To pick up an order in-store, please call your local Schnucks store floral department and order directly through them. At this time, delivery is the only option available for Schnucks Rewards app and online orders.

    How will I know my flowers are delivered?

    Please contact our Floral Design Center at 314-997-2444.

    Can I earn Points on floral purchases?

    Yes, you earn Rewards Points on your floral purchases.

    Deli Order Ahead

    Is Order Ahead at the Deli available in all stores?

    What can I order through Order Ahead at the Deli?

    You can order the same items you would normally order at the Deli based on a store’s availability: sliced meat and cheese as well as prepared foods. Schnucks Des Peres, Granite City, Lindbergh, Woods Mill, Richmond Center and Ladue offer sliced meat and cheese only.

    How will I know what is on sale at the deli counter?

    Sales will be reflected in Order Ahead at the Deli.

    How late can I place or pickup an order?

    You can place an order up to one hour before the counter closes. You can pick up your order until the store closes.

    How early can I place an order?

    You can place an order 30 minutes prior to your expected pick up.

    Where do I pay for my order?

    You’ll pay for your order at checkout.

    Can I cancel my order after I place it?

    Yes. You can cancel an order in the Schnucks Rewards app by going to Account > My Purchases > Order Ahead and clicking “Cancel Order” or reply directly to the SMS message.

    Can I edit my order after I place it?

    No, you cannot edit an order after it is placed.

    Can I place an order for a later date?

    No, Order Ahead at the Deli is only for same day pick-up orders.

    How can I review past orders on the app?

    You can find previous orders in the Schnucks Rewards app by going to Account > My Purchases > Order Ahead.

    Can I earn Rewards with Order Ahead at the Deli?

    Yes.

    How will I know when my order is ready?

    You will receive a text message letting you know that the Deli has filled your order and that it’s ready to be picked up in the cooler near the Deli. In the Schnucks Rewards app, go to Account > My Purchases > Order Ahead to see if your order is shown as “Fulfilled”.

    Party Planning

    Is Party Planning Online or in the App available in all stores?

    Currently, Party Planning online and in the app is available at Schnucks Affton, Arsenal, Ballwin, Battle Crossing, Belleville West, Bethalto, Bridgeton, Butler Hill, Cape Girardeau, Carlyle Avenue, Champaign, Cherry Valley, Collinsville, Columbia, Cottleville, Crestwood, Cross Keys, Dardenne Crossing, Darmstadt, Des Peres, Dillon, Dorsett, East State, Edwardsville, Eureka, Evansville West, Fairview Heights, Farmington, Festus, Godfrey, Granite City, Green River, Hampton Village, Harvester, Ladue, Lake St. Louis, Lawndale, Lindbergh, Lindell and Lindenwood. Stores will be added, so check back regularly. Party Planning call-in or in-person orders are available at all stores.

    How early can I place an order?

    You can place an order online or in the app up to 72 hours in advance. If you require an order less than 72 hours notice, please contact the store directly.

    Where do I pay for my Party Planning Online or in the App order?

    You’ll pay for your order online or through the app.

    Can I cancel my order after I place it?

    Yes. To cancel your order, please contact the store directly.

    Can I edit my order after I place it?

    If you need to edit your order once it is placed, please contact the store directly.

    Can I place an order for a later date?

    Yes. You can place a Party Planning order up to 28 days in advance.

    How can I review past orders on the app?

    You can find previous orders in the Schnucks Rewards app by going to Account > My Purchases > Order Ahead.

    Can I earn Rewards with Party Planning Online or in the App?

    Yes.

    How will I know when my order is ready?

    You will receive an email letting you know that your Party Planning order is ready for pick up. In the app, go to Account > My Purchases > Order Ahead, the Order Status will show as “Fulfilled”.

    Protect Yourself From Fraud & Make The Most Of Your Schnucks Rewards Account

    The security and privacy of our customers’ information is very important to us. While we are continuously working with our software providers to implement newer tools that diminish the risks associated with particular traffic to our app and website, there are a few simple steps you can take to safeguard your Schnucks Rewards account from fraudulent activity.

    Use A Unique Password, And Don’t Share It.

    For Schnucks Rewards, passwords must be at least 8 characters and must contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.

    Enable Barcode Redemption (highly recommended)

    For additional security, we highly recommend enabling barcode redemption in the Schnucks Rewards app. You can still earn Rewards by entering your phone number during checkout, but by enabling this feature you have an additional level of security that will require your Rewards app barcode to be scanned during the checkout process in order for Rewards to be applied to your purchase. To activate this feature through the Schnucks Rewards app, go to Account > Account Settings > App Preferences > Rewards Redemption and choose your preferred redemption method.

    Report Suspicious Activity

    If you feel that suspicious activity is happening on your account, or if you have a question, comment, or concern regarding your Schnucks Rewards or Schnucks Delivers accounts, please call the eCommerce Helpdesk.
