To provide certain functions on the Sites (for example, to provide information to a friend or send a gift certificate), we may ask you for that person’s Personal Information (i.e. name and email address). If you provide your friend’s name and email address to us we will automatically send the friend an email from you and we do not use the email you provide to send any communication other than the email you send to your friend.

We may use this Usage Information for a variety of purposes, including enhancing or otherwise improving the Site. Usage Information is generally non-identifying, but if we associate it with you as a specific and identifiable person, we treat it as Personal Information.
In addition, we automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier“) for your computer, mobile phone, or other device (any, a “Device“) used to access the Site. A Device Identifier is a string of letters, numbers and/or other characters that is automatically assigned to your Device used to access the Site, and our servers identify your Device by its Device Identifier. Please note that some mobile service providers may also provide us or our third-party service providers with information regarding the physical location of the Device used to access the Site.
The methods used to collect Usage Information may include the following:
“Cookies” and local storage are pieces of information (data files) transferred to a browser when the user visits a site. You can find more information about cookies and how they work at www.allaboutcookies.org.
Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons (also known as “pixel tags,” “1×1 GIFs,” or “clear GIFs”) may be included in our web pages and email messages. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or email can act as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, to count visitors to the Site, to monitor how users navigate the Site, to count how many emails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular links were actually viewed.
An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your device from our web server or that of a third-party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Site, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.
In addition, we may use a variety of other technologies that collect similar information for security and fraud detection purposes.
