Safety Spinach Dip

8 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
16 oz. plain Greek yogurt
1/2 small red onion, diced
1 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp. fresh mint, chopped
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

  1. Squeeze as much moisture out of spinach as possible using paper towels or clean dish towel.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
