Harvest Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can Schnucks chunk light tuna packed in water
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Schnucks lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 cup diced Honeycrisp apple
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup halved red and green grapes
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnut pieces

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together tuna, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and lemon-pepper seasoning, breaking up large chunks. Gently stir in apple, celery, grapes and walnuts until combined. Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap, at least 1 hour or up to 5 days. If desired, serve with lettuce leaves and garnish with lemon wedges.
